The BICS team represents 52 nationalities, and as an organisation we celebrate the diversity of perspective, culture, talent and experience this brings. In addition to our Brussels HQ, our 600-strong workforce is spread between regional offices in Bern, Madrid, Dubai, New York, San Francisco and Singapore, a satellite office in Beijing and local representation in Miami, Montevideo, Nairobi or Toronto.
Attending industry events and meeting with customers and partners takes us all over the world, gaining knowledge and experience of telecoms on a global scale. And this is crucial: the telecoms and technology market can be unpredictable, disruptive, and transformative, keeping our team on their toes.
We’re innovators and teachers
BICS has been part of a number of world-firsts, including establishing the first LTE roaming relationship and the first VoLTE international call between Europe and Asia. Part of a number of key industry bodies, we collaborate with other leaders in the space to develop new solutions and pioneer new approaches to communications problems.
