Since the opening of the BICS San Francisco office at the end of 2014, BICS’ position in the US market has increased substantially. With the space for providing innovative solutions to internet-based communications providers proving to be key to fueling future growth.

In addition to enhancing our presence in this market, BICS has strengthened its network between the US and rest of the world. Infrastructure connecting the East Coast of the US to Europe is already extremely robust, as is that network linking Europe to Asia, however BICS has now also increased capacity provision between the West Coast of the US and Asia. BICS’ footprint is now fully interconnected, redundant and reinforced allowing for smoother network transactions and global connectivity for users, which consequently leads to higher levels of service.
In order to support our wide range of customers in the region, BICS will be quadrupling the size of the San Francisco office by the end of 2016. This amazing growth is reflective of the success and the demand for BICS’ managed services.
